We aim to dispatch orders quickly and securely, using reliable couriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
1. Dispatch Times
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. UK Delivery (Website Orders)
Orders placed directly through our website are delivered to UK mainland addresses only.
We use trusted courier services, with standard delivery typically taking 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Larger or heavier items may be delivered via pallet or specialist courier.
3. International Orders
International delivery is available through our official eBay store.
Customers outside the UK can purchase most products via eBay, where we offer shipping to a wide range of international destinations.

Delivery times and any customs duties or import taxes will vary depending on destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Large & Pallet Deliveries
Some items such as inverters, battery storage systems, or mounting equipment may be shipped via pallet delivery.
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only
- Someone must be available to accept delivery
- Missed deliveries may incur additional charges
5. Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
