1. Returns Policy
We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below before sending anything back.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging
- With all accessories and documentation included
Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom or special-order items
- Electrical items that have been installed
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs or additional information to help resolve the issue quickly.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 working days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
